Device Recovery

Changed your device or reinstalled the app?

If your MAC address changed after a factory reset or app update, use this recovery code to restore your activation and playlists on the new device.

The code is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once.

  1. Click Generate Recovery Code below.
  2. Open the app on your new device (fresh install).
  3. Go to Settings → Device Recovery and enter the code.
  4. Your activation, playlists, and expiry date will be restored.

⚠ Important
  • Only activated devices can generate a recovery code.
  • The recovery code is single-use and expires after 30 min.
  • After recovery, the old MAC address will be deactivated.
  • Recovery transfers your activation, playlists, and expiry date.
